【Caution】 ※Due to the thick coating applied to achieve a rich color, jigs (special fixtures for hanging during painting) are used to hang the pegs during painting, leaving marks. However, this does not affect the product’s performance. These marks can be easily corrected by inserting another peg into the peg hole. We appreciate your understanding.

・【New Colors for 2021】 #Pastel colors are popular, so we’ve added two new colors: pistachio, olive, and beige! ・These forged pegs are made by heating round steel material to approximately 1100°C until it is red hot, then crushing the cross-section into an elliptical shape with a powerful force of about 1 ton. Applying strong pressure to the heated steel results in pegs with superior strength. ・Regular round pegs tend to spin in the ground, making them difficult to use, but the elliptical pegs provide good penetration even in hard ground mixed with gravel and stones, and fix firmly without spinning. ・The rope pull direction is also designed with a thicker material for exceptional strength. The areas where the rope makes contact are trimmed to prevent the rope from being cut by burrs, with meticulous attention to detail. ・We received requests for stylish pegs that would match earth-colored tents. Based on this feedback, we added earth tones. They are coated with cationic electrodeposition for excellent rust resistance, and then powder-coated in olive and beige. The overall length of 184mm is a convenient size for inner tents and leisure sheets.
