Tire Installation Instructions and Precautions:
1. The tire's rolling direction is the direction it is installed (indicated by an arrow on some tires, the arrow's direction is the tire's rolling direction). First, clean the inside and outside of the tire to prevent the presence of gravel, impurities, and other foreign objects. Install the tire according to its rolling direction.
2. After installation, inspect the bead (tire edge) for uniformity and symmetry. The bead must be outside the bead in all locations and parallel to the bead in all locations. Otherwise, it will wobble during riding.
3. Insert the tube evenly into the tire with only a small amount of air (less than 10%). Stack the carcass in an orderly fashion, avoiding folding it inside the tire (inflating it while folded is prone to punctures). Place the tube and tire together on the steel ring, checking that the bottom tire is fully packed inside the tire and that there are no small gaps between the tire and the steel ring. Then, begin inflating the tube. This completes the installation.
✅ [Ultra-Durable, Latest Design Folding Tire]: This latest design folding tire provides faster vibration damping and a smoother feel on the ground. The 27.5/2.40 tire is made of high-quality rubber and high-knit yarn, providing excellent grip and wear resistance.
✅ [Applicable Scope]: Suitable for mountain bikes, cross bikes, and MTBs with outer tire sizes of 27.5x2.40 (60-584). Note: Please check your tire size before purchasing. The tire size is usually marked on the side of the outer tire. ✅ Foldable: All 27.5 and 2.40 size bicycle tires are foldable, making them small and easy to carry. You can put them in a bag and use them as a spare tire for long-distance trips.
✅ Budget-Saving: Doing it yourself saves you money compared to going to a local shop to replace your tires. As a spare bicycle tire, it can prevent the embarrassment of being unable to ride after a tire burst.
✅ Correct Installation: First, push the tube into the rim and inflate it with a small amount of air (20%). Next, install the tire, ensuring the edges of the tire and rim are aligned and the tube is not pinched, then inflate the tube to the appropriate pressure. (Please note that if the tube and tire are not inflated together (i.e., if only the tube is inflated, or if the tube is pinched between the tire and rim), air leaks and punctures are more likely to occur.)
