High-concerned chemical : none
EU LVD Voltage : Low voltage: Below 50Vac or 75Vdc
Material : Acrylic
Switch Type : Knob switch
Model Number : XL-10AL XL-10AH
Origin : Mainland China
Module Introduction:
The XL-10AH and XL-10AL are both wide voltage and low power versions, respectively. This series of modules can achieve the same function as self-locking switches by lightly touching the switch to turn on and off the power. They can support a load with a maximum switch current of 10A, and their power consumption is extremely low when turned off.
The XL-10AL power consumption version can support 3.5-5 Working at a voltage of 5V, the static power consumption in the off state is about 300na, while the XL-10AH wide voltage version can support a wide range voltage of 4.5-26V, and the static power consumption in the off state is about 1.3ua. The excellent performance of the module covers the working voltage and operation required for most DC loads. The small size design also does not take up too much space on your device. For the button part, if you want to use other styles of buttons, you can also connect various other styles of touch buttons to our switch control board through wires.

XL-10AL: 130mv (5V 10A measurement)
XL-10AH: 120mv (12V 10A voltage measurement)
Precautions
1. Regarding the load current, XL-10AL can run for a long time at 5V and can be very hot. However, after a 30 minute long run test at room temperature of around 25 ° C, it is not recommended to run for a voltage lower than 4V with a large current of 10A. Under low voltage, heating will be too high and it is easy to burn the module. XL-10AH 10A current is not recommended to run for a voltage below 7V.
2. In the case of low current, the input voltage of the module is basically equal to the output voltage. At a high current of 10A, the MAX can reach 170mv, which is difficult to avoid, so you have to accept this phenomenon.
3. When using the module, do not touch the input and output ports of the module with your hands or other objects with static electricity or low resistance, as this may cause unstable operation of the module.
4. Regarding connecting your own buttons externally, you can refer to the following figure to connect your connection line to your buttons
XL-10AL: Low voltage version working voltage 3.5V~5.4V (compatible with 3.7V/5V lithium battery system)
XL-10AH: Wide Voltage Version Operating Voltage 4.5V~26V (Suitable for 12V/24V DC System)
Working mode: bistable one key self-locking, touch the button: press once to turn on the output, press again to turn off the output
Power switch: N-channel MOS transistor, maximum continuous load current 10A
Static standby power consumption
XL-10AL turns off static current: ≈ 300nA nanoampere level ultra-low power consumption
XL-10AH turn off static current: ≈ 1.3 μ A
Voltage characteristics: Input voltage ≈ output voltage, conduction voltage decreases
Button scheme: Onboard touch button with reserved solder pads, supporting external extension touch switch
Wiring definition: VIN power input, GND common ground, VOUT load output
Applicable power sources: ternary lithium battery pack, DC stabilized power supply, outdoor portable power supply, DIY equipment power supply
Tip: Reset the status after power failure, and when powered on again, the default output will be turned off
