Oga Life Matcha Organic Powder 80g Catechin Pesticide-Free Kyoto Domestic Premium Flour Tea Green Tencha Fudo Biyori

Supervised by Mr. Haruhide Morita, a tea master with three national tea examination championships and three Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries awards. This organic matcha is packed with dedication and skill. Enjoy the authentic taste and aroma of matcha, recognized for its deliciousness and drinkability by tea masters. The tea leaves are sourced from Kagoshima Prefecture, a renowned matcha production area alongside Uji. Rigorous quality control is implemented through color inspections, sensory evaluations, microbial tests, pesticide residue tests, and radiation tests during cultivation and harvesting. Only those with verified production histories and certified organic JAS are carefully selected. Only meticulously chosen tea leaves are used as raw materials. These carefully selected tea leaves are processed at a long-established factory in Kyoto with over 40 years of history, where artisans utilize their skills and processing techniques to pursue the original flavor and quality of matcha. The factory has obtained various certifications, including organic JAS. Attention to food safety, security, and quality is maintained not only for the tea leaves but also during processing. In the manufacturing facility, freshly picked tea leaves are stored in a special refrigerator to maintain their freshness and roasted using an infrared roasting machine to recreate traditional aromas. Additionally, a unique grinding machine is employed to preserve the vibrant color of the matcha. The fine powdering process allows for the complete intake of matcha's natural components, including catechins, dietary fiber, chlorophyll, vitamin C, and vitamin K. Matcha also contains beneficial components such as vitamin A, vitamin E, potassium, saponins, caffeine, and tannins, which are great for women. It is delicious on its own, but can also be enjoyed as matcha latte or matcha milk when combined with milk. As a powder, it is also recommended for use in matcha-flavored sweets, coloring, and toppings.
