Folded Packaging & Temporary Creases
To ensure safe delivery and optimize shipping costs, our bedding sets are neatly folded and securely packaged. Due to the long international transit time (10+ days) and the nature of folded packaging, it is normal for the fabric to have creases or fold marks upon arrival, especially for larger sizes (Queen/King).
Please note: These creases are a result of the packaging process and are NOT a quality defect. They do not affect the bedding's functionality, comfort, or durability.
How to remove creases:
Wash & Tumble Dry (Recommended): The most effective way to remove creases is to wash and tumble dry the bedding set before first use. The fabric will become soft, smooth, and wrinkle-free.
Ironing: You may also use a steam iron on low/medium heat to smooth out stubborn creases.
Natural Recovery: Creases will naturally fade over time with regular use and washing.
