CN BJ-620 Injector Tester
The CN BJ-620 injector tester is a modern tool that enables accurate diagnostics of fuel injectors in cars. The device allows for individual testing of each injector, which helps identify potential problems such as blockages, leaks or wear.
Powered by a 12V battery, the tester is convenient and portable, making it an ideal choice for both workshops and everyday vehicle diagnostics.
The CN BJ-620 offers four pulse modes that can be selected depending on the type of test and injector characteristics. The function of generating pulses of varying lengths – from single to continuous – enables in-depth analysis of injector operation.
The available operating modes are described below:
• Mode 1: A single pulse with a width of approximately 255 µs, ideal for a quick assessment of basic injector function.
• Mode 2: Short Pulses – generates a series of 50 pulses with a width of approximately 7 ms, allowing for more accurate testing.
• Mode 3: Long Pulses – generates a series of 100 pulses with a width of approximately 3.5 ms, enabling testing in higher intensity conditions.
• Mode 4: Continuous Mode – generates a continuous series of 7 ms pulses with a width of 1450 ms. This mode is ideal for long-term injector performance testing.
The device is fully compatible with any fuel pressure tester, making it a universal tool in the workshop. The mode lock function ensures consistency during repeated tests.
