Product Description
My First Castle Panic is a cooperative fantasy board game where young players team up to defend a cardboard castle from a parade of silly monsters. Each turn, children draw icon-based cards and move or capture the creatures closest to the walls based on the color and shape of the icons. Even if everyone wins or loses, the experience remains positive and encourages supportive communication. The rules are simple, designed for ages 4 to 8, requiring no reading, helping new gamers build confidence when making choices and discussing with teammates. Rounds typically last about 20 minutes, making it easy to fit into after-school family routines or quick bedtime warm-up sessions. This game supports 1 to 4 players and is suitable for siblings, parents, children, or small classroom groups. The box includes sturdy standing castle wall pieces and large, thick monster tokens for small hands. Bright artwork and friendly fantasy characters draw children into imaginative play. It is not overly complex. Children cooperate to practice matching, planning, and sharing ideas.
How to Play
1. Remove game components from the box.
2. Assemble the standing cardboard castle.
3. Shuffle the deck of cards and place it face down.
4. Players take turns drawing one card and move or capture the creature closest to the walls based on the card's color and shape.
5. The game continues until all monsters are captured or the castle is destroyed.
6. If all monsters are captured, everyone wins. If the castle is destroyed, everyone loses and can play again.
