■From the producer Among Toscanini's recordings, Mendelssohn's "Italian Symphony" and "Reformation," which are particularly popular, are joining the 2-track, 38cm, open reel tape reissue series. The simple and clear mastering, with nothing added and nothing taken away, is especially outstanding for the bright and sunny "Italian Symphony"! Please note that due to the microphone placement, Toscanini's words are inaudible during the rehearsal, so there is no translation. (Naoya Hirabayashi)
