Usage Instructions:
1. Use the entire side of the comb to apply a generous amount of liquid from the roots to the tips of dry upper and lower eyelashes.
2. Use the long side of the comb to apply liquid over the upper eyelashes as well.
3. Comb through the eyelashes with the long side to blend the liquid.
4. After blending with other eye makeup, rinse off with lukewarm water or remove with your preferred cleansing product.
