Product Description
This is a 1/35 scale plastic assembly kit of the early Panther D tank, which made its debut in the largest tank battle in history, the Battle of Kursk. The model is meticulously designed based on research of the only existing real vehicle in the Netherlands, featuring a powerful 7.5cm long gun and sloped armor for a fierce appearance.
The total length is 254mm. The model also includes parts for the early type smoke grenade launchers.
The gun barrel, excluding the muzzle brake, is molded as an integrated piece for easy seam removal.
The vehicle hatches are mostly movable, except for the small arms hatch. The traveling lock is foldable.
Realistic details such as steel plate armor and castings of the gun shield are accurately reproduced.
The rear panel features characteristic details of the D-type, including the muffler and horizontally mounted jack.
The tracks use a simple and realistic belt-type design.
Wheels are equipped with built-in polycaps for easy assembly and operational movement after completion.
Markings include three options, such as vehicles used in the Battle of Kursk.
Includes a half-body figure of the commander and one outside crew figure.
