The prototype is the V42 series (4-car set) belonging to the Aboshi General Rolling Stock Yard in 2020 (Reiwa 2) and the W33 series (8-car set). Accurately reproduces the body front and skirt shapes. Recreates the color separation of the front window frames. Also depicts the wipers installed on the windows of the through doors. Accurately reproduces details such as steps below the crew doors and toilet tanks. The front features a separately attached anti-fall hood. Uses a slotless motor for smoother and quieter operation. The 4-car set is designed for multiple-unit operation without traction tires. All couplings are body-mounted close couplers (hookless). Includes a single-stage electric connection compatible with the front coupler of the leading car. Side display signs for train type and destination are represented with plain black. Comes with a variety of destination display stickers suitable for extensive operation of the actual train. The front display is pre-installed, with additional replacement front display included. The 4-car set features the "A0130 A Rapid Service Himeji" pre-installed, with additional signs for "A0116 B Rapid Service Tsuruga" and plain signs included. Equipped with a slotless motor. Headlights and tail lights are illuminated. [Product composition and example train formation] Kuha 222-2069, Moha 223-2161 (M), Saha 223-2159, KuMoha 223-2069. Note: Model trains are powered by track power systems. They do not use batteries, fuel, or paint.
