The medium pot from the Profi Line series by Hendi is a vessel that will find its place

in professional catering. It is made of stainless steel, and its outer surface is satin-finished with a polished rim. The bottom of the pot is a "sandwich" construction (stainless steel304, 18/10 – aluminum 5 mm – stainless steel 430, 18/0, min. 0.5 mm), which combines the heat distribution properties of aluminum with the durability and magnetic properties of stainless steel.
The pot's base is manufactured using IMPACT BONDING technology, which ensures perfect bonding of the layers, providing corrosion resistance and increased heat conduction. The acid-resistant steel interior allows for the preparation of acidic foods, while the sturdy, stay-cool handles ensure comfortable handling.
