Directions: Take 1 teaspoon of Tri-Cleanse once or twice daily. Add 8 oz of non-acidic fruit juice (such as apple or papaya) or water and stir well. Drink immediately followed by a glass of water. For optimal cleansing action, take on an empty stomach. To reduce appetite, take 30 minutes before a meal.
