How to Use : 1. Cut open the center and place your foot in. 2. Peel off the sticker and secure the strap around your ankle. 3. Massage your foot to absorb product into skin. 4. Wait for 20-30 minutes until you feel a cooling and heated sensation, then remove the sheet and lightly pat the remaining product into skin.
