Touching the sensor on the top of the belt once activates the transformation standby sound. Slashing the card activates the transformation sound for Kamen Rider Regado, and the 15 built-in LEDs light up. You can also switch modes and touch the switch on the side holder to activate the transformation standby sound, then slash the card to play as Kamen Rider Regado Ω. The belt features a half-mirror on the front and a mirror on the back, and the LED light reflects repeatedly inside the belt, creating the illusion of infinite depth. After transforming, operating the switch on the side holder activates time manipulation. Acceleration and time rewind sound effects are activated along with LED animations. By loading various separately sold Raise Buckles into the holders on the side of the belt, each Raise Buckle is individually recognized, an activation standby sound plays, and by operating the Raise Buckle, a special move is activated with a unique LED animation for each Raise Buckle. In addition, you can activate a unique special move by slashing the card after transforming. Slashing the card once or twice will trigger a special move animation and sound effect depending on the number of slashes. Furthermore, lines from Jit (voiced by Ryuji Sato) and Suel (voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka) are also included. These lines can be activated by operating the buttons on the device.
