DETACHTHE CLAMP ARM
1.Detach the Clamp Arm from the Body piece bypulling up on the Bolt Flange.There's a small Toothe atthe base of the Bolt Flange which will slide out of aV-cutout.Take note of this.
2) if,for some reason;the Clamp Arm doesn't easilremove by hand,take a flathead screwdriver and placeit undre the small Tab on the ratchet side of the ClampArm. Then slightly pry the tab away from the BodyPiece and slide the Clamp Arm up and off of the Body Piece.APPLY THE CORRECT FRICTION PAD
3) To select the correct Friction Pad,take the Body Piecr,without the Clamp Arm attached,and place it on your throttle in the desired position.
4) Now take the largest Friction Pad and,without removing'the backing,try to slide it between the throttle housing and the Stoppre Arm.lf the largest Friction Pad is too thick,then move doen to a smaller Friction Pad.You want the Friction Pad to press against a flat surface on your throttle housing.lt's very import
ant that you avoid contact between the Friction Pad and any bevels on the throttle housing in all positions of the rotation.Remember the location where the Friction Pad fits best.
5)Clean off the Stopper Arm with the alcohol prepwipe and allow the alcohol to dry. Wipe it with a cleancloth,then adhere the Friction Pad to the Stoppre Armin the location you selected. location.
7)Take the Clamp Arm and slide the Tooth into theV-cutout.8)Line the Ratcheting Teeth on the Clamp Arm withthe Ratcheting Channel on the Body Piece.Nowpress the teeth into the channel until it clicks 1-times.
9) Take the bolt and tread it in wit only 1 rotation.
10) Pull the Bolt Flange towards the head of the boltuntil it touches. This pulls the tooth out of the V-cut-out, but not fully.
11)Now hold the Body Piece with one hand andpress on the RearJoggle with yourother hand andratchet the Clamp Arm down onto the throttle tube astight as you can.Make sure you are ratcheting theClamp Arm down on the section of the throttle tubethat works best with This is typically thesection furthest away from the throtle housing.
12) Use the provided allen key and tighten th boltdown until is firmly cimped to yourthrottle tube.If isn't firmly mounted toyour throttie tube,unscrew the bolt andrepeat steps9-12. If you've clamped it too tightly and the throttledoesn't rotate freelythn loosn the bolt1/4 turn at atime until it rotates freely.
13) Remove the bolt.
14) Pull the Bolt Flange away from the Body pieceuntilthe Clamp Arm comes looe.
15) If the ClampArm doesn't come loose,place a flathead screwdriver under the Pry Tab.Slightly twistthe screwdriver to pry the tab up while slowly slidingthe Clamp Arm off he Body Piece. CLAMPING THE ATLAS TO THE THROTTLE
16) Place the Body Piece on the throttle tube,in yourchosen
