[Explanation] "Kamen Rider Kiva" aired on TV Asahi from January 2008 to January 2009. A Blu-ray release in 2018 marked the 10th anniversary of its broadcast! The story unfolds simultaneously across two timelines: the story of Wataru (Kamen Rider Kiva) living in 2008 and the story of his father, Otoya, living in 1986. The series' appeal lies in its grand drama, where past and present are intricately intertwined.

[Story] Wataru Kurenai, unaware of his parentage (a Fangire mother and a human father), lived a quiet life, running his father's violin workshop and making and repairing violins. However, for reasons unknown, his awakened instincts led him to transform into Kamen Rider Kiva, and he spends his days fighting the Fangire. In fact, 22 years prior, Wataru's father, Otoya Kurenai, had also secretly fought against the Fangire clan.

The bond connecting a father and son, unaware of each other's battles, lies in the violin "Bloody Rose" left behind by the father. Can Kiva break the chains of fate...?
