[A Towel with Auspicious Japanese Patterns] This face towel features auspicious designs from various Japanese komon patterns. It includes "Chidori," symbolizing safety and prosperity, "Sakura," representing a favorable start, "Ajiro," believed to ward off evil, and "Karakusa," symbolizing vitality. You can choose from four colors, designs, and meanings in various ways.
[Traditional Dyeing Method with Patterns on Fabric] The technique of "Bozai" is used, where a pattern template is placed on white fabric, a resist agent is applied, and then the entire fabric is dyed. After finishing with a wash, the areas treated with the resist agent remain white, revealing the pattern, using an age-old dyeing method. Additionally, the resist agent's effect extends to the back of the towel, allowing the same pattern to appear on both sides, so you can use it without worrying about the front or back.
[Excellent Absorbency Unique to Senshu Towels] Senshu towels are made using the "Atozarashi" method, which washes away the oil, impurities, and starch from the cotton after weaving, resulting in superior absorbency and high water absorption from the start (Note: Please avoid using fabric softeners as they hinder the towel's inherent absorbency). Furthermore, this product is woven to a moderate thinness. In addition to the unique absorbency of Senshu towels, its lightweight nature also contributes to quick drying.
