Synopsis

[Explanation] The Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger and the Lightning-Fast Gouraiger risked their lives to protect Earth from the Space Ninja Group Jakanja. Ten years after that battle, a series of attacks began on branches of the "Universal Unified Ninja Style" around the world. When Hurricane Blue and Hurricane Yellow went to investigate, they were confronted by none other than the former Hurricane Red, Shiina Yousuke…!
