Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a fungus thatgrows mainly on birch and poplar trunks,whose fruiting bodies are used to obtainextracts standardised for polysaccharidesand beta-glucans. It has been valued forcenturies for its properties, although whengrowing on a tree it acts parasitically andeventually leads to the tree’s death. It canbe found in the Northern Hemisphere.
Our dietary supplement contains 1000 mgof extract from Chaga fruiting bodies(Inonotus obliquus), DER 10:1, in a dailyserving (2 capsules). The extract isstandardised to a minimum of 40% (min.400 mg) polysaccharides, including at least30% (min. 300 mg) beta-glucans. 1000 mgof extract was obtained from 10 g of Chagafruiting bodies.
Chaga is characterized by a hard structureand an irregular black-brown appearanceresembling cracked bark. Chaga extract,thanks to its valuable polysaccharides andbeta-glucans, may be a beneficial additionto the daily diet.
We recommend taking 2 capsules daily,preferably after a meal with water. Theproduct is available in a package containing60 capsules, sufficient for 1 month of use,and 120 capsules, providing 2 months ofsupplementation, as needed.
