Some reviews mention noise interference, but this is a phenomenon caused by someone without the necessary knowledge using this op-amp in a circuit that is not compatible with it, and does not indicate a defect in the IC.
While compatible with other dual-circuit operational amplifiers, it is not fully compatible. Using it in a circuit that does not match the LM4562's characteristics may cause oscillation, resulting in heat generation and noise; however, this is a problem with the circuit itself, not a defect in the IC.
