This is a general-purpose 1.25-inch/31.7mm diameter 2x Barlow lens for astronomical telescopes. Barlow lenses extend the focal length, allowing for higher magnification observations.

This Barlow lens allows you to remove and disassemble the black lens portion, which can then be added to other possible configurations. If you want to see details of the moon or Jupiter's bands at high magnification, the SVBONY 1.25" 2x Barlow lens is a better choice.
This Barlow lens is easy to use; simply insert the eyepiece into the Barlow lens, and then insert the Barlow lens into the scope.

Using this 2x Barlow lens, you can observe Jupiter and see its bands and moons clearly.
Jupiter's bands and Saturn's rings were particularly clear. The lunar surface also appeared in greater detail.
It's made of metal and comes with a T-mount adapter, so you can connect a DSLR camera with an available T-mount. The lens part can be removed from the body and screwed onto the bottom of the eyepiece you're using, increasing the magnification by about 50%. A 20x eyepiece will give you 30x. You can also use the Barlow itself in front of the eyepiece to focus more than you would get by other means.
