Here's the 50th-anniversary release of the legendary double album, "Physical Graffiti"!
Led Zeppelin, the greatest legendary rock band in history, has left a deep mark on music history. This live EP, featuring four live tracks from their historic 1975 double album, "Physical Graffiti," is now being delivered worldwide!
◆Born in London in 1968, Led Zeppelin has continued to operate with an overwhelming presence, reshaping the music scene itself. They are the most influential, most innovative, and most successful legendary rock band. Among their many historical masterpieces, the 1975 album "Physical Graffiti," highly acclaimed as a "great double album with timeless appeal," is now being released to the world to commemorate its 50th anniversary.
◆This time, we're introducing an EP featuring live recordings of four songs from the album *Physical Graffiti*, aptly titled *Live EP*. This release includes two tracks from their 1975 Earls Court performance, "Dying" and "Troubled Under Foot," and two tracks from their 1979 Knebworth performance, "Sick Again" and "Kashmir." These four live recordings were originally included in the 2003 video release *LED ZEPPELIN DVD*, and this marks their first official release as a recorded work.
◆Following a 10-week North American tour from January to March 1975, around the time of *Physical Graffiti*'s release, Led Zeppelin performed five consecutive nights at Earls Court in London in May 1975. These five consecutive nights of sold-out shows were originally planned for only three performances, but two more were added due to overwhelming demand from fans who couldn't get tickets. Two live recordings from these Earls Court shows, "Dying" and "Trampled Under Foot," are included on this release.
◆The band headlined both nights of the Knebworth Festival, held on August 4th and 11th, 1979, at Knebworth House in Hertfordshire, England. This marked Led Zeppelin's first live performances since their 1977 North American tour and their first UK performances since their 1975 Earls Court shows. Performances of "Sick Again" and "Kashmir" from these Knebworth shows are included on this release.
*Includes lyrics, translation, and commentary
