This is a resin-made, diatonic harmonica developed under a new concept. The chrome-plated brass cover produces rich overtones. Furthermore, meticulous attention has been paid to the tremolo adjustment, resulting in a harmonica that combines high-quality tone with durability. It is fully compatible with the No. 1521 Special Tombo Band, so using them together feels seamless.

The Premium 21 uses a newly designed resin body that achieves superior resonance. Every aspect—cover material, reed setting, and tremolo adjustment—has been carefully considered. The resin body and plate are secured with screws, similar in shape to wooden diatonic harmonicas. This improves playability, durability, and ease of maintenance.

The cover uses chrome-plated brass, producing a richer tone with more overtones compared to stainless steel covers. The thickness of the reed plates and the tremolo adjustment have also been carefully considered to achieve high-quality tone and rich volume. The Premium 21 has the same structure as conventional wooden-bodied tremolo harmonicas. Its shape and size are designed to match the No. 1530 Special Tombo Band, so it can be used seamlessly with wooden models. It is suitable for various Japanese tremolo harmonica playing styles, including bass playing for simple accompaniment, violin-like playing, rich octave playing, and arpeggio playing.
