Regarding LED installation ・Please note that the lifespan may be shortened depending on the installation location. ・The LED bulb has polarity, so if it does not light up, please install it in the opposite direction. - Changing from halogen bulbs to LED bulbs reduces power consumption, so depending on the car model, a bulb out warning light may come on, but this is not a malfunction. ・Depending on the car, the interior lamp may not turn off completely and may turn on faintly due to the small current, but this is a characteristic of LEDs and is not a malfunction. Since it uses a small current, there is no need to worry about the battery dying, but if you are concerned, please purchase a separate "afterglow prevention unit". ・As specialized knowledge is required for installation, please contact a contractor or dealer. Please be aware that any defects or breakdowns caused by your own installation work are not covered by the warranty, so please be aware of this before purchasing. (Light Collection does not provide support or installation work.) ・We will not be responsible for the labor costs incurred for the installation/desorption work for any reason. About product warranty ・Please check the lighting as soon as possible after receiving the product. If there is an initial defect, we will take care of the initial defect within 7 days of arrival. ・Light Collection will cover all shipping costs for product exchanges related to initial defects. ・LEDs are covered by a one-month warranty from the date of purchase. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the item to Light Collection. Thank you for your understanding.

After reporting the problem, please ship the product prepaid. After receiving the product, we will check for any defects and ship you a new product.
