It is said that there were a total of six black and white R34 GT-R patrol cars deployed by the Saitama Prefectural Police.

Although some of these vehicles have already been retired, this model is based on one that has been refitted and continues to be in service.

The red lights on the roof have been replaced with new V-shaped lights, and the front red lights have been changed to LED lights mounted in the grille.

The police mark that was previously in the center of the grille has been moved to the tip of the hood, and the same GT-R emblem as on the production car has been installed in its original location.

One early model and one late model have been refitted, with the call sign on the roof removed from the early model but still retained on the late model.
