Just as you choose high-quality ingredients, you should also choose high-quality cookware. Our cookware is made from environmentally and human-friendly materials that are free of harmful substances such as PFOA, other PFAS, lead, and cadmium. The synergistic effect of ceramic with far-infrared rays and diamond particles with excellent thermal conductivity and heat diffusion rate increases cooking efficiency. Because of its good thermal conductivity, cooking can be done sufficiently over low to medium heat. The nonstick effect is achieved when the pan is thoroughly preheated. Preheat the pan without adding oil over low-medium heat for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Then add the oil or butter and begin cooking. Adjust the preheating time and intensity according to the size of the frying pan (for example, the preheating time differs between a 20cm and a 28cm frying pan). Although it can be used in a dishwasher, hand washing is recommended. After use, hand wash with a mild detergent to remove all dirt, and wipe off any moisture with a cloth without letting it air dry. Accumulation of invisible dirt can cause sticking. If you start to notice sticking, we recommend cleaning with a melamine sponge. Melamine sponges remove dirt by wearing it down, so overuse can affect the coating, but they are effective when you notice stains.
