This product is a variation based on the A7022, released in October 2021, and the A1981, released in February 2007.
This set recreates the Seibu 10000 series 4th generation, manufactured in 1996, as it appears in 2025, operating as the "Koedo" limited express.

The pantograph-less intermediate cars MoHa 10309 and SaHa 10409 have three ventilators.
The louver shape and number at the rear of the car bodies of KuHa 10109 and KuHa 10709 are unique to the 4th generation.
The fuse box is a square type.

The end faces of all cars after fall prevention canopies were installed, some steps were removed, and the stripes were simplified.
Pantograph cars are equipped with single-arm pantographs. This is the appearance after the air conditioners and SIVs were replaced with new ones. The interior retains the color scheme after the seats were replaced.
All cars are non-smoking. The "Seibu Railway" CI mark is printed on the back of the driver's compartment door of the lead car. A pink triangle is printed on the driver's compartment door.
The driver's cab back panel is reproduced in print. A toilet tank is installed under the floor of the lead car.
