Our new label, "Manga Manuscript Reproduction Series," is pleased to announce the second volume, featuring three popular Kitaro works.
This time, we have selected the following three works from Shigeru Mizuki's masterpiece, "GeGeGe no Kitaro (Kitaro of the Graveyard)."
- "The Cat Hermit (Parts 1 and 2)"
- "Ghost Train"
- "Koma Yokai"
All three are highly popular Kitaro works, and the complete manuscripts still exist at Mizuki Productions, making them extremely valuable.
These manuscripts, drawn with an incredibly delicate touch that could be called genius, allow you to fully appreciate the career of manga artist Mizuki Shigeru. The "GeGeGe no Kitaro" manga manuscript reprint series has been compiled using Toppan Printing's high-quality printing technology to present these works in their original manuscript size, carefully crafted by Mizuki Productions.
Unlike the beautifully restored pages, the pages have been meticulously scanned and corrected to recreate the yellowing, stains, creases, and occasional tears that have occurred over time, resulting in a texture as close to the original as possible. Every page is imbued with the spirit of Mizuki Shigeru at the time of his creation, making this the ultimate collection of works.
