How to use:

Dissolve 30g of this product in bath water (approx. 180L) while stirring well.

The cap can be used to measure the amount. (30g: 1.5 cups on the scale line).

Recommended bathing method

To relieve stiff shoulders and back pain, it is recommended to bathe in lukewarm water (38-40 degrees Celsius) for about 15 minutes, until you reach your shoulders.
