To wear the device, turn it inside out, wet the electrode area, then turn it right side out and pull it towards your stomach (left side) while wearing it. Attach the controller to the plate, set the EMS intensity to your desired level, and begin training. *There are 20 levels.
By using specially processed fibers as electrodes, it can conduct electricity for extended periods with minimal water. It is resistant to deterioration and can be washed at home for repeated use.
