Very lightweight knives with good wooden handle. They don't come very sharp, but it is very easy to sharp them (at least for me). The only thing I can see as a negative is the "metal" part between the handle and the blade. It's actually plastic which will peel off pretty quickly. After sharpening the knives to the level I want I have tested them on a big semi-dried salami from Lidl. I will say it like we are saying it in Bulgaria: the knife cut the salami like a hot knife through a butter. This was done with the knife in the middle of the picture. With the knife at the bottom of the picture I cut 1kg tripe in small pieces and I'm very happy with the result. I didn't had a chance to try out the boning knife, but I will until the end of the week. All in all for this price these are very good knives. I highly recommend them for people on a budget + they look good in the kitchen.

Für den Preis habe ich absolut rein gar nichts an dem Produkt zu kritisieren. Der Klingenstahl macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck, der Anschliff ist gut, die Griffe wirken wertig und die Messer sehen insgesamt auch wirklich schön aus. Die Größe der einzelnen Messer entspricht den Erwartungen, die ich an gute Küchenmesser habe und das gelaserte Damastmuster macht ebenfalls etwas her. Kenne kein anderes gleichwertiges Produkt zu dem Preis. TOP! PS: Vier der fünf Klingen kommen mit Kunststoffscheide als Klingenschutz.

They look cheap the handles are not wooden and the blades are lazer printed folds authentic damascus steel have natural fold patterns which in turn shows the quality , also I would've that genuine high quality chef knives like these were supposed to be would be in a presentation box not dump in a cardboard box and without padding to stop movement at very least Im disappointed and panicking now as these were supposed to be xmas gift for my brother

Confusing track & trace info, but finally arrived. Well worth the wait. The main knife has a great weight & feel, excellent quality leather sheath. The other 2 are also great weight & quality. All have tip protectors. Whilst non are very sharp, I think they will respond well to a whet stone. Overall quality knives

Sono riuscito a usarli per la prima volta ed erano affilati Ho tagliato alcuni pomodori e peperoni e il bordo si è smussato. Pensavo di comprare dei coltelli decenti ma sono totalmente inutili, completo spreco di denaro
