Product Introduction

This is a plastic model kit of the Pit-Road "1/700 Skywave Series US Navy Light Cruiser CL-55 Cleveland."

The Cleveland-class cruisers were the most numerous cruisers built during World War II, with 27 completed.

Their relatively compact superstructure and reinforced anti-aircraft armament give them a sleek appearance.

They are divided into early and late models, with the seven early models featuring a rounded bridge front.

The lead ship, the Cleveland, was immediately deployed in the Pacific War after commissioning, achieving notable successes such as sinking the Japanese destroyers Minegumo and Murasame, and participating in various amphibious operations.
