📞 PLEASE READ: HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL SAFELY
Your parcel is sent from Japan. Customs or the delivery company in your country may need to contact YOU directly. If they cannot reach you, the parcel is returned to Japan. This is the most common reason an order is not delivered. Please help us with these 6 points:
・① Correct phone number: Please register a phone number that you use every day, with your country code. A wrong or old number is the number one cause of a returned parcel.
・② Answer unknown calls: Customs and couriers call from local numbers you do not know. Please answer these calls during the delivery period.
・③ Check all messages: Please check SMS, email (including the spam folder), messenger apps, your Joom notifications, and any paper notice in your mailbox.
・④ Answer customs quickly: Customs may ask for your ID, passport or tax number, or a document. For some high-value orders, or for parcels delivered by a courier company, a payment may also be requested. Please reply within the time limit they give you. Many countries hold a parcel only for a few days.
・⑤ Collect it in time: If the parcel waits at a post office or pick-up point, please collect it before the storage period ends.
・⑥ Use your official name: Please write your full name and address exactly as they appear on your official ID. In some countries, customs cannot clear a parcel if the name does not match.
・If your address or phone number changes after you order, please inform Joom Customer Support immediately. Only Joom can update your order information.
🇯🇵 ABOUT JAPANESE PRODUCTS
・The instruction manual, package, labels and product display are generally in Japanese only. In many products the language cannot be changed.
・Electrical products are made for Japan (100V, Type A plug). If the label says "AC 100V" only, a step-down transformer is required in most countries. A plug adapter alone changes only the shape, not the voltage, and can destroy the product. If the label says "AC 100-240V", only a plug adapter is needed.
・Media and electronics may follow Japanese regions and standards (DVD Region 2 / Blu-ray Region A, Japanese TV and radio bands, Japan-only apps and services).
・Sizes follow Japanese standards. Japanese sizes are often smaller than EU or US sizes. Please check the measurements in centimeters, not the size letter.
・For food, cosmetics and similar goods: ingredients and the expiry date are printed in Japanese. Please check your country's import rules before ordering, as some items cannot be imported.
📷 CONDITION AND PHOTOS
・Condition: NEW. Every item is brand-new and unused.
・Photos are for reference. Real color can look slightly different depending on your screen.
・Brand-new items may have very small marks on the outer box from storage or transport. The product itself is checked before shipping.

🗾Product description
[Great value whetstone set]: This whetstone set includes 400, 1000, 2000, 6000 double-sided whetstones and a whetstone resurfacing set. It's cheaper than buying them separately, and it comes with a universal whetstone stand and a sword support tool for fixing the angle, so it's a good deal.
[Rough whetstones and medium whetstones]: 400 and 1000 rough whetstones are the sharpest way to sharpen dull or damaged knives. The 2000 and 6000 finishing whetstones are useful when you want to pursue better sharpness, and they make it easy to make your knives shine.
[Suitable for Beginners and Professionals]: This sharpening stone comes with a sword aid for fixing the angle, so it can be easily used by beginners as well as professionals. Also, since it comes with an all-purpose whetstone stand, it prevents the knife from slipping from your hand while sharpening and causing a serious accident compared to the conventional rubber non-slip. I feel very relieved. *Important note* This whetstone head is an original product of our company, and we have applied for design registration for its appearance as a countermeasure against copying (design registration number 1747826).
[Can be used with a variety of knives]: Not only can it sharpen regular Western knives, sashimi knives, santoku knives, deba knives, yanagiba knives, beef knives, Chinese knives, scissors, but also steel and stainless steel knives.
[Manufacturer Direct]: Our products are strictly inspected before shipping, and durability tests and function tests are also conducted with the kitchen. We will do our best to reduce the number of problematic products to zero. If there is any problem, please contact us under [Order History] - [Contact Seller].
