Instructions for use:
Cut 1 kg chicken into 8 pieces, marinate in a mixture of salt, lemon and yogurt for 30 minutes. Heat 3 tbsp. ghee butter in karakhi and fry 3 chopped onions until golden brown. Add 3 chopped tomatoes and ½ tsp. Deggy Mirch, mix well. Then add 3.5 tsp. Chicken Masala and 1-1.5 tsp. salt and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped chicken and fry for 10 minutes, add 1/2 cup of whipped yogurt and stir. Then simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, add 3 tsp. lemon juice, 2 green chili peppers, cut into rings, a couple of fenugreek leaves, stir and serve.
