Come si vede dalle foto, l'articolo mi è arrivato in un imballaggio assolutamente schiacciato e purtroppo non funziona! Perché viene imballato così male?

Ho comprato questi prodotti per usarli in inverno, l'ho appena testato e non funziona. Ci sono solo le ventole che girano, non emette alcun calore.
