In 1964, the Beatles' innovative fashion, hairstyle, and sound reached South America. Los Shakers from Uruguay is also a band formed by teens who were influenced by The Beatles. Even though they are teenagers, they were formed by members of professional musicians, and they were overwhelmingly popular based in neighboring Argentina. The self-composed songs, which occupy most of the repertoire, are full of Beatles-like essence and are of extremely high quality, and the 3 original albums left until their dissolution in 1969 had a huge impact on South American musicians. I couldn't advance into America because I couldn't speak English, but as the name “The Uruguayan Beatles” suggests, I want you to enjoy the best Beatles-like number.
