Product introduction
This is a milestone album since “Oumniya” in 2019 by SSW Suad Masi, a Kabir woman from Algeria who appeared on the scene in the early 2000s, and it is her 10th album in total. The producer of this work is the English musician Justin Adams, who has worked on important works by Tina Riwen and Rashid Taha until now, and is known for his activities with Robert Plant's band 'Sensational Space Shifters'. This time, almost all songs are written and composed by Suad, and songs that express strong feelings of confronting anxiety and loneliness felt due to the pandemic are being sung using French or Arabic lyrics. Also, in the title song, it seems that the difficulties of adolescence are expressed in Arabic poetry, using the ancient myth of the goddess Sequana (Sequana), which was thought to have healing and healing powers during the Gallo-Roman period, watching over the clean flow of the Seine.
