This is the 1/12 Bike Series Suzuki RG400 Gamma Early Model plastic model kit by Hasegawa. The Suzuki RG series achieved seven consecutive years of manufacturer championships in the WGP 500cc class. The RG Gamma, the culmination of the series, won double championships for both manufacturer and rider in 1981 and 1982. This world champion machine was almost directly converted into a production model, from engine specifications to aluminum frame, resulting in the RG400 Gamma / RG500 Gamma. The kit reproduces the early 1985 RG400 Gamma model with completely new molds based on thorough research of the actual vehicle. The parts are in three colors: white for the fairings and tank, medium gray for the engine and frame, and clear for the screen. Headlights and mirrors are metallic parts. Optional detail-up parts (scheduled for release in March) are in development. *This product is a plastic model that requires assembly and painting. *Assembly and painting require additional glue, tools, and paints. *'Plastic Model' is a registered trademark owned by the Japan Plastic Model Industry Cooperative. This is an unpainted, 1/12 scale plastic assembly kit with completely new molds, reproducing the early 1985 RG400 Gamma model based on thorough research. Recommended age: 14 years and older.
