The Sound Hole Kalimba is a melodic instrument that produces a wonderful sound and features a unique design aspect as well. With 17 keys tuned to the C Major scale, it allows for playing in a consistent key, so there is no worry about hitting wrong notes during performance. The sound hole is opened towards the player's body. By placing or removing the kalimba against the stomach during play, you can add a wah effect, creating a sound that is different from other kalimbas.
