Instructions:
Step 1: Shake the eyeliner pen slightly before use to ensure smooth ink flow.
Step 2: Glide the ultra-fine tip along the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner and moving outward to create your desired shape.
Step 3: For a dramatic cat-eye or winged look, extend the line slightly upwards at the outer corner.
