Renault Trafic 01-07 Manual Right Exterior Mirror

Dear , I have already received your order but it was damaged the bottom glass is broken. I wrote to you from the beginning but never received a reply. How should I send this back?. For this I want my money back without costs because I have seen that I will have to pay for the shipment and that is not fair, I cannot help it that my order was damaged I opened it like that. I hope it will be alright now. Mvg, D'Herdt Jean-Pierre
