For BMW Z3 1996-2002 Car Full Cover - All Weather Auto Protection Accessories 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001 Car Accessories

Ordered a car cover for a BMW Z3. The pockets for the exterior mirrors are in the wrong place (see picture, I tried turning the cover over but it didn't help). So it doesn't fit the car. The poor fit means it blows off all the time. Pulled a strap under the car in the fasteners provided for this, but it blew off halfway anyway and the fabric tore at the seams on both sides (see pictures). Please note that the wind was less than 5 m/s according to the national meteorological institute - no strong wind at all. Very poor quality of the fabric and the seams. I want a refund. Broke after 1 night, Please respond to this complaint. The instructions for complaining are incorrect (there is no "Joom button" on the website)
