How to Use: Start with clean, dry lips for optimal coverage and color. Using the applicator, apply the liquid lipstick to the center of your upper lip, following your natural lip line outward. Gently and evenly blend along your lower lip. Allow to dry completely. To prevent smudging, do not close your lips while drying.
