Joom's customer service is pathetic. The item arrived late, contrary to what is indicated in the delivery tracking. Then, as the item was not suitable, I had to insist to find out how to return it. Doing so is a real ordeal. Several days for a response. We are faced with poorly translated messages, or downright AI, by email. After acceptance of the return (which takes time)), you then need to package the item well, take multiple photos (from all angles), send the photos taken to Joom, and return the item at your own expense to the seller, with a trackable tracking number, to... Hong Kong! All while not being sure of being reimbursed, because it is subject to approval.. """It's sad," the service replied... The size is much too big, but I only found this out when I had them on and had already thrown away the original box. They are therefore hardly used and still completely like new. Can I still return them in another box? With kind regards, Arjan Nouwen
