How to use: Make a pack in the size that suits the desired area and apply a generous amount of castor oil. You can pre-heat the oil or use the oil on a heating pad or hot water bottle. If desired, place the pack on the desired area and cover with plastic or a heating pad. Leave the pack on for at least 1 hour. After opening the bag, cleanse the skin with baking soda and water (1 teaspoon per pint) or use castor clean tissue. Store in a plastic bag or other container in a cool, dry place. Use the pack daily or 2-3 days consecutively every week until you get a clear effect.
