Glass and Spoon Preparation Instructions Loaded Protein™ is fully instantized, making it easy to mix and consume protein shakes with just a glass and spoon. Add desired amount of protein to glass with 6-8 oz of water or milk per serving and stir gently with a spoon. If you prefer a sweeter shake, reduce the amount of water per serving slightly. Conversely, if you prefer a less intense flavor, you can add more water next time. Blender Preparation Instructions Add water and/or milk, a handful of ice, desired ingredients, and desired serving size of Roaded Protein™ to blender. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
