Product Description: Vitamin Supplement Vitamin B-6 is an essential nutrient required for the metabolism of lipids, carbohydrates, and proteins. It allows the conversion of amino acids from one place to another when needed. It is required for the normal synthesis of hemoglobin as well as for the normal function and growth of red blood cells. It is also required for the synthesis of neurotransmitters. It is also required for the conversion of essential fatty acids into prostaglandins (chemical messengers).
