Tomioka Giyuu Cosplay Wig Cosplay Black Pigtail Heat Resistant Synthetic Hair Anime Wigs + Wig Cap

I received the costume, but the actual size is significantly smaller than the measurements stated in the product description and size chart. I ordered the size according to the measurements provided by the seller, but the costume I received is much smaller and cannot be worn. This is not simply a fit preference; the actual measurements of the item do not match the advertised measurements. I would like to return the item and receive a full refund. Since the product does not match the description, I also request that the seller covers the return shipping costs. I can provide photos with measurements showing the difference between the received item and the advertised size chart.
