Sooooo I ordered a shoe rack with hangers, as the package image but it came differently. Just shelves, no coat hanger on top. it's the first time I'm dissatisfied from overall my shopping here. Eventually I can't return it because I needed it, but I'd never buy any meubels here anymore ever. The package isn't secured so I lost one of the bottom part. Oh well oh well.

of the 4 pieces of feet only 3 are present. so one is missing. the whole thing wobbles like crazy. not good

One part is completely missing 3 pcs instead of 4. And one connecting tube is crushed and torn at the end. This indicates poor packaging.

Expectations were not met, the quality is terrible, it's like heaven and earth compared to what's in the photo. It doesn't fit anything. Money down the drain. I don't recommend it.

You notified me that the parcel was delivered on 22.08. Today is 26.08 and the parcel has still not arrived.
